PRICES
All prices on the website are expressed in Euros, excluding VAT. All prices are those indicated under each item on the website www.formespazioroma.com and are those in effect at the time of the purchase order.
SHIPMENTS
To ensure the timing and delivery of our products we have chosen to use insured express courier as the sole method of shipment.
Thanks to special agreements with the shipper we are able to reduce costs, offering, in fact, the best shipping method at the lowest possible price.
ORDER PROCEDURE
A minimum purchase order of € 350.00 is required (VAT and shipping costs excluded).
The customer can place their order using the cart and view the list of selected products. FormespazioRoma will confirm the order and add shipping costs according to the customer's country of provenance.
At the discretion of the Sales Department, a deposit of 30% of the total (to be paid before the start of production) could be requested.
PAYMENT METHODS
Paypal or bank transfer. Bank details will be provided in a pro forma invoice sent by FormespazioRoma on receipt of the customer order.

SHIPPING TIME AND PRODUCT DELIVERY.
The shipment of goods from our headquarters is generally carried out the day after receipt of payment, EXCEPT for payments via bank transfer on account of the time necessary for bank credits. In some cases, however, the retrieval of items may lead to a delay in delivery of 7 to 8 additional days. Once the goods have been shipped by express courier, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours for Italian destinations and 7 to 10 days for destinations in other countries.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
FormespazioRoma recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation.
The deadline for making use of this right is 10 days, as required by law.
RETURNS
Immediately on receiving the goods, the customer must examine them with all necessary attention. In the event of defects, notify FORMESPAZIOROMA di SONIA M. STUPPIA - Via Pratolungo, 15 - 00072 - Ariccia (Rome) within 10 days of receipt by a signed letter sent by registered post. The letter should be addressed:
To the attention of the Sales Department c/o FORMESPAZIOROMA di SONIA M. STUPPIA - Via Pratolungo, 15 - 00072 - Ariccia (Rome).
In the letter, the customer must include the details of the bank (the bank’s name, the name of the agency, the IBAN code of the account) where the customer would like the purchase sum of the returned goods to be credited.

The customer can return products that are defective but not products damaged through bad or incorrect use.
The products must be returned WHOLE, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 10 (ten) DAYS OF
RECEIPT BY THE CUSTOMER.
The return is made by the customer under their own responsibility and at their own risk, by postal package, or by courier. The fiscal documents relating to the products must be included along with the reason for the products’ return.
Within 20 days of receipt of the goods, FORMESPAZIOROMA will carry out the credit transfer for the exact amount the customer paid for the purchase of the product using the bank details communicated to us by the customer.
The postal or courier costs of the return will NOT be reimbursed, nor will any bank charges or any other charges relating to the chosen payment system.
In each and every case the company FORMESPAZIOROMA di SONIA M. STUPPIA - Via Pratolungo, 15 - 00072 - Ariccia (RM) - tel. +39 349.50.39.200 or +39 347.19.75.500 reserves the right to verify the returned goods and to ascertain if the necessary listed requirements have been satisfied to accept the return.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS INVALIDATED:
- if the essential conditions of the products’ integrity are not met (packaging and/or its content);
- if the product has been used in any way;
- if external packaging and/or original internal packaging is missing;
- if integral elements of the product are missing (earring-stops, stones, pendants, etc.).
